The demand for pet-friendly hotels is increasing in our country. Pets are part of many families who want to travel with them to their vacation destinations. Now, at ILUNION Hotels, we open our doors to pets, becoming a pet-friendly hotel chain
All our hotels are now pet -friendly hotel, one more initiative in our line of making tourism increasingly sustainable and for everyone. After a pilot experience in 5 of our hotels, all those that are part of ILUNION Hotels are now considered dog-friendly hotels in Spain.
We open our doors to pets
It is estimated that more than 45% of people with pets make between 3 and 6 trips a year, so offering the possibility of staying with pets was a need that was pending attention. These people had to stay in vacation rental apartments, where they found fewer impediments when traveling with animals.
Now, at ILUNION Hotels, we allow our guests to stay in our establishments with their pets. We have extensive experience welcoming guide dogs in rooms and our hotel professionals are trained to maintain the well-being of all clients, in addition to carrying out constant cleaning and maintenance of the spaces so that they are just as hygienic.
It is a recent measure that began to be applied in April 2022 and, after the excellent experience of the first months, has recently been extended to the rest of the hotels in our chain. A service framed within our goal of achieving an even more satisfactory customer experience.
