A beautiful hotel. Room 410 (junior sweet) was perfect. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the decor is vey plush. We chose to have breakfast inc which was a good choice. The rooms were cleaned to perfection & the staff were so friendly & helpful. Absolutely loved the hotel. Its position to the beach & restaurants was perfect. San Sebastián is a clean & fantastic city. Also Sebastian the waiter was so kind, happy & helpful & would go out of his way for you. We had a perfect stay, Thank you Alan & Lindsey (May 2023)

Un hotel al que llevo acudiendo hace tiempo, ahira con una nueva gestion; pero sigue siendo fabuloso. La ubicación en la zona mas bonita de la ciydad, instalaciones amplias y cuidadas. A 200 mts de la playa de Ondarreta y con paradas de bus muy cerca. Limpieza buena Habitaciones muy buenas Restauracion excelente Personal inmejorable Un hotel que lo tiene todo. Deseando volver pronto.
